Our elected officials are sending our tax dollars to aid a genocide in Gaza while Americans are unable to afford rent, housing, healthcare, and education. There are people who might say “why should I care about Gaza” while they’re struggling to make ends meet. That’s why.

If you choose to be outraged, ask yourself what you are outraged about. Are you outraged at peaceful anti-war protesters, yet not outraged that your tax dollars have been spent to slaughter Palestinians, killing nearly 35,000 and destroying nearly all of Gaza? Ask yourself.

We should all care about the genocide in Gaza. They’re sending OUR tax dollars to fund it, while our communities continue to be underfunded.
